We are celebrating Worldmilkday with Söbbeke!

Today is the first of june and we are not only celebrating the great weather, but also Worldmilkday together with Söbbeke! What there is to celebrate? A lot! Since millenniums milk is a firm component of human nutrition. What would our morning coffee, juicy cake or grandmas pudding be without milk? As a naturally generated provider of calcium, milk supports our bone structure and delivers us many major nutriments.

Peach Apricot Shake with Yogurt

2 glasses | Time: 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 peaches
8 apricots
0.8 cups mango-lemongrass yogurt from Söbbeke
0.4 cups milk
2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp ground vanilla

METHOD

      1. Wash, pit, peel, and dice peaches.
      2. Wash, pit, and cut apricots.
      3. Blend peaches, apricots, milk, honey, and vanilla in a blender until smooth.
      4. Pour in a glass and enjoy!

Watermelon Strawberry Shake with Joghurt

2 glasses | Time: 10 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 lb watermelon
7 oz strawberries, fresh
0.4 cups raspberry-mint yogurt from Söbbeke
2 tsp honey
0.2 oz mint, fresh

METHOD

      1. Dice watermelon.
      2. Wash and dice strawberries.
      3. Blend watermelon, strawberries, yogurt, and honey in a blender until smooth.
      4. Pour in a glass, garnish with mint and serve.

Blueberry-Oatmeal-Coco-Shake

2 glasses | Time: 5 Minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 cups blueberries
1 cup milk, from Söbbeke
1/2 cup coconut milk
4 tbsp oatmeal
2 tsp maple syrup

METHOD

      1. Wash and drain blueberries.
      2. Blend blueberries, milk, coconut milk, oatmeal and maple syrup in a blender until smooth.
      3. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
