Detox Broccoli and Spinach Soup

Kale and Spinach Soup

Serves 2 | Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1 broccoli
5.6 oz (160 g) fresh or frozen spinach
1/2 lime
2 tbsp (30 g) sliced almonds
4 green onions
2 tsp (10 g) ginger
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 cloves garlic
salt
pepper

METHOD

  1. Toast almonds in a pan without oil for about 2-3 min.
  2. Wash and let spinach dry.
  3. Wash and cut broccoli into florets.
  4. Peel, finely dice garlic and ginger.
  5. Wash and slice green onions.
  6. Heat sesame oil in a pot; sauté garlic, ginger, and onions for 2-3 min.
  7. Add broccoli and 1 cup hot water (per serving) to a pot and let simmer for 3-4 min.
  8. Add spinach, season with salt and pepper; cook for 2 min.
  9. In the meantime, halve lemon and squeeze out juice.
  10. Blend soup and add lime juice. Taste soup and season if necessary.
  11. Sprinkle soup with almonds and serve.

Detox Kale and Clementine Salad

Kale and Clementine Salad

Serves 2 | Time: 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1/4 head (80 g) kale
4 clementines
1 1/4 cup (200 g) cherry tomatoes
1 carrot
1/4 bunch raw beets
1 lime
1/4 cup (40 g) walnuts
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp sweet mustard
pepper
salt

METHOD

  1. Coarsely chop walnuts and toast 2-3 min. in a pan without oil.
  2. Wash and chop kale.
  3. Peel clementine and divide into segments.
  4. Wash and halve tomatoes.
  5. Wash, peel, coarsely grate beet and carrot.
  6. Halve lime and squeeze out juice.
  7. Halve clementine and squeeze out juice.
  8. To make dressing, mix lime juice, clementine juice, oil, and mustard. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Arrange salad in a jar or on a plate. Enjoy!

Detox Smoothie Bowl with Persimmon

Smoothie Bowl with persimmion

Serves 2 | Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

2 2/3 persimmons
2 bananas
2 apples
2 oranges
2 kiwis
2 tsp ginger
2.8 oz (80 g) dates
2 tbsp (10 g) coconut flakes
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp (10 g) cardamom
1 tsp ground cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Peel and dice, apple, persimmon, and banana.
  2. Halve orange and squeeze out juice.
  3. Peel and mince ginger.
  4. Blend persimmon, banana, apple, orange juice, ginger, and dates. Season with turmeric, cardamom, and cinnamon.
  5. Peel and dice kiwi.
  6. Slice persimmon.
  7. Halve dates.
  8. Pour smoothie in a bowl. Top with persimmon, kiwi, and dates. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and serve.
