This mini chocolate cake is sugar free, gluten free, and most importantly deliciously fluffy! You only need three ingredients to create this fabulous recipe: 1 ripe banana, 1 egg, and cacao powder. 3 Ingredient Chocolate Cake
Serves 1 | Time: 15 minutes
1 ripe banana
1 tbsp cacao powder
- Peel, cut, and put 1 ripe banana into blender.
- Crack one egg into blender.
- Put 1 tbsp of cacao powder into mixture.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into mug
- Bake in oven for 10-12 min. at 350°F. (or microwave for 1 min.)
